商品房买卖合同英文版

Commercial Housing Sales Contract

This Commercial Housing Sales Contract (hereinafter referred to as the

"Contract") is entered into by and between Party A: [Buyer's Name], with a

registered address at [Buyer's Address], and Party B: [Seller's Name], with a

registered address at [Seller's Address]. Both parties collectively referred to

as "the Parties."

1. Subject of Contract

1.1 Party A agrees to purchase a commercial housing unit situated at

[Property Address] from Party B. The specific details of the housing unit are

as follows:

3.1 Party A shall make payment for the commercial housing unit in the

following manner:

- Down Payment: Party A shall pay a down payment of [Down Payment]

(in words: [Down Payment in Words]) within [Number of Days] days upon

signing this Contract.

- Installments: The remaining balance shall be paid in installments as

mutually agreed upon by the Parties. Each installment payment shall be

made on or before the [Payment Date] of each month.

A has the right to request Party B to repair or compensate for such defects or

damages.

6. Breach of Contract

6.1 If either party fails to fulfill their obligations under this Contract

without reasonable cause, the other party has the right to request

compensation for any losses incurred as a result of the breach.

6.2 If Party A fails to make payment in accordance with the agreed terms,

Party B has the right to impose penalties or terminate this Contract.

7. Dispute Resolution

9.2 Any amendments or modifications to this Contract shall be made in

writing and duly signed by both Parties.

9.3 This Contract is executed in duplicate, with each party holding one

copy.

In witness whereof, the Parties have duly executed this Commercial

Housing Sales Contract as of the date first written below.
