四、油套管螺纹
主要参数:锥度,尺高,螺距,承载面角度,导向面角度,紧密距等。分为API螺纹和非API螺纹,其中非API螺纹又被称为特殊扣。
管体两端螺纹被称为公扣,接箍内螺纹被称为母扣。
4.1 API螺纹
圆螺纹:LC,STC,偏梯扣BTC
4.2非API螺纹(特殊扣)
以API螺纹为基础发展起来的,保证一定的连接强度和密封性。
国际:V&M扣,hunting扣,Tenaris扣,Dydril扣,其中V&M扣占了近6成市场。
国内:天钢TP特殊扣,宝钢BG特殊扣,希姆莱斯WSP特殊扣,衡钢HS特殊扣。
五、管具类的腐蚀与防腐
油管表面锈蚀、坑蚀、穿孔严重
5.1油套管等管具类腐蚀
管具类,不管是油套管,还是钻杆,抽油杆等其他井下工具,在井下遇到腐蚀介质时都会被腐蚀,因此就要选择相应的抗腐蚀材料。选材依据:美国腐蚀工程师协会(NACE)的MR0175-97“油田设备抗硫化物应力开裂金属材料”。

5.2管线管的腐蚀
5.2.1 常规的抗CO2+H2S腐蚀
在管线管输油,输气过程中,由于油气中含有腐蚀性气体和物质,会
管子内部造成腐蚀,以致管体变薄,穿孔漏气漏油,安全隐患。
5.2.2 管体涂层防腐
内涂层和外涂层3PE防腐
A.内防腐:环氧树脂
B.外防腐环氧粉末,胶粘剂,聚乙烯防腐层。

Line Pipe
Line pipes are used to transport oil and gas,
water, mineral slurry and other fluids. Our line
pipes are manufactured in accordance with
the API Spec 5L latest edition. We supply
various line pipes including seamless line
pipes (OD from 1-1/20" to 20", steel grade A, B,
X42 - X80) , L-SAW & S-SAW (OD from 4” to
80”, Steel grade A, B, X42 - X80) and ERW line
