表示现在经常性、习惯性、规律性的动作或者现在存在的状态的一种时态。

当一般现在时表示现在经常性、习惯性的动作时常连用的时间状语：
1）表示频度的副词：always,often,usually,sometimes
2）onSundays,onMondayafternoons,everyday/week/month/year等时间状语
3）onceayear,twiceamonth,threetimesaweek等表示频度的词组
三、一般现在时的构成
1)谓语动词为be(am,is,are)（主语+be+其他）
