小学的时候，我们便开始接触英语了，可当时只是作为一门学科并不列入
考试的范围内，所以当时我也就没有太在意，每到上英语课的时候，我不是在
写作业就是在和同学窃窃私语。可是到了初中，就打不可同了。
刚开始的时候老师只是讲一些简单的英语对话句子和认识26个字母，这并
没有难倒我，我很快就明白了，可是随着随着时间的推移，我没学习的难度在
逐步增加，我开始觉得有些吃力了，仿佛跟不上同学们的学习进度，脱离了队
伍。李老师常对我们说英语学习很简单，只要我们找到合适自己的方法，上可
认真听课就足够了。听起来看似很简单，非也非也，我按照老师说的那样去做
的，上课认真听课，认真做笔记，做到课前预习课后复习，但结果没有多大的
进展，依旧是在原地踏步，但我仍灰心，不断更改自己的学习方法，寻找属于
自己的，适合自己的。可是一学期两学期仍是如此，每次考试总是在110至
125分之内，我的意志力被摧残，被逐渐腐蚀。有时我想放弃，可最后仍是在
努力着，希望会出现奇迹。
如今我已是初三的学生了，正处于初中学习的最后冲刺阶段，我要求自己
的英语成绩可以保持在130分左右，但事实上我连上130分都没有几次。我有
时在想我们为什么要学习英语呢？学习英语到底有何用处呢？我经常为此事儿
不解。在偶然的一天我和妈妈正在看新闻，据新闻报道英语8级以上刚毕业的
大学生就业率很高，此刻我才第一次意识到英语的重要性。又恢复了以前的激
情信心倍增。虽说成绩只是一点点的进步，但是总比停滞不前要好吧，要乐观
的面对我们的生活。
我不再为英语而惆怅，唯有学好英语才有可能有所作为，才可以振兴家
族。现在开始为时不晚。
