YouwillreportdirectlytoNationalSalesManager.
汇报：您将直接向全国销售经理汇报。
5．Salary:
RMB13500/month(Grosssalarypre-tax)permonthpaidona13-monthbasisperyearafterconfirmation.
AreviewofyoursalarywilltakeplaceinMAYeachyear.
薪金：
您将每年获得13个月的基本薪金，每月的薪金为税前13500元。
每年5月我们将对您的薪酬水平进行回顾和调整。

Youwillbeentitledtoannualleaveinaccordancewiththecompanypolicy.
年假：根据公司规定，您将会享有公司的年假。
7．SocialInsuranceandHousingFund:
YouwillbeentitledtosocialinsurancebenefitsinaccordancewithChineseLabourLaw.
社会保险：根据中国的相关劳动法规，公司将为您办理国家规定的社会保险福利。
8．MedicalScheme:
Youwillbeenrolledinourcompanymedicalschemeclassifiedasstaff.
医疗计划：根据公司的制度，您将享受公司的医疗报销福利。
9．AccidentandLifeInsurance:
Youwillbeenrolledinanaccidentandlifeinsuranceschemeuponappointment.
意外和人身保险：根据公司的制度，从入职当天起，您将参与公司的意外与人身保险计划。
10．ProbationaryPeriod:
Theprobationaryperiodis3monthsfromcommencementdate.
试用期：从入职日起计算，前三个月是您的试用期。
11．ContractPeriod:
Thecontractperiodisthreeyearsfromcommencementdate.
合同期：合同期为三年，从入职第一天开始计算。
12．HoursofWork:
Flexibleworkingscheduleaccordingtobusinessrequirement.
根据公司业务需求实行弹性工作制。
13．Pre-employmentmedicalcheck-up:
Youremploymentissubjectto
edicalcheck-upresultshows
yourhealthconditioncannotmeettherequirementsoflaborlaworourcompany,theofferletterwillbe
cancelledimmediatelywithoutanycompensation.

入职前医疗检查：
每位准员工在入职前必须通过公司指定的医院的医疗检查。体检合格后回公司报销所有相关费用。如体检
证明不符合劳动法或公司所要求的劳动健康标准，此聘任书即时取消，且公司将不作出任何补偿。
