高中英语作文_关于汉字书写体系的讲座
It is not only the right of every citizen, but also our
obligation to use the spoken and written language of the
motherland in a standardized way. Four years later, in May, 2004,
the Shandong Provincial People's Government formulated the
Measures for Implementing the National General Language Law of
the People's Republic of China in Shandong Province, which put
forward a series of requirements for the standardization of
Chinese character writing. As a special profession, a teacher,
on the one hand, depends on standardized Chinese character
writing to "preach, teach and dispel doubts" to a great extent,
and on the other hand, he is responsible for educating the next
generation to correctly use the language of the motherland.
This basic nature of work determines that we must first meet
the requirements of standardized Chinese character writing.
Standardization of writing Chinese characters is the
purpose and means of education. we
Zoucheng No.4 Middle School is a junior middle school.
Students' writing is easy to change from grade one to grade
three, especially the new students in grade one. Their yearning
and mystery for the higher school and their worship for the
teachers in the higher school provide the best opportunity for
teachers to teach them standardized Chinese character writing.
At this time, if teachers can present their beautiful Chinese
characters in front of them, and arouse their feelings of
worship, trust and even imitation, then this will become a great
power for teachers' education and teaching.
Standardization of Chinese characters is one of the
"Teaching Routine Requirements of Zoucheng No.4 Middle School"
that we must abide by. Teachers know that Zoucheng No.4 Middle
School is setting up a "model school for standardization of
language and characters". For this reason, the school has
formulated relevant requirements on standardization of Chinese
character writing in many aspects of education and teaching
management. For example, the Regulations on the Administration
of Open Classes, Normal Classes and High-quality Classes in
Zoucheng No.4 Middle School, the Measures for the Inspection
of Teaching Work in Zoucheng No.4 Middle School, the Measures
for the Evaluation of Teachers in Zoucheng No.4 Middle School,
and the Requirements for Teachers' Classroom Teaching
(Standard Evaluation Form) all have basic requirements for
teachers to standardize Chinese character writing. Therefore,
as a teacher in Zoucheng No.4 Middle School, it is also the basic
form to obey the school education and teaching management to
meet the requirements of standardization of Chinese character
writing.
There is an unspoken rule in modern society, that is, the
standardization of Chinese character writing is the basic
accomplishment that teachers must possess as a social role
(identity). Teachers are almost synonymous with knowledge, and
"being a teacher by example" is what people say when they open
their mouths, except that writing is almost a teacher's facade.
As a teacher, if you can't write a reasonable Chinese character,
your "ability" will often be discounted. This is not to make
everyone care about that "fame". In fact, "being a teacher by
example" means that teachers are required no matter where they
are.
To achieve its exemplary role, we should first start with
speaking and writing.
规范的使用祖国语言文字既是我们每个公民的权利，也是我们的义务。四年后的2004年五月，山东省人民政府又制订了《山东省实施〈中华人民共和国国家通用语言文字法〉办法》，该办法更具体的提出了一系列关于汉字书写规范化的要求。教师作为一个特殊的职业，他一方面在很大程度上要靠规范化的汉字书写来“传道，授业，解惑”，
另一方面他又承担着教育下一代正确使用祖国语言文字的责任，这一最基本的工作性质就决定了我们首先必须达到汉字书写规范化的要求。
汉字书写规范化是教育的目的，也是教育的手段。我们
邹城市第四中学，是一所初级中学，同学从初一到初三，都处在书写容易变化的阶段，尤其是初一新同学，他们对高一级学校的向往与神秘感，对高一级校教师的崇拜心理，都为教师对他们进行汉字书写规范化教育提供了最佳的施教时机。假如这时，教师能以一手漂亮的汉字书写呈现在他们面前，激发起他们对教师的崇拜、信任、乃至模仿的情感，那么，这就会转化为教师教育教学的一份巨大动力。
汉字书写规范化是我们必须遵守的《邹城市第四中学教学常规要求》之一。老师们知道我们邹城市第四中学正伸办“语言文字规范化示范学校”，为此，学校在教育教学管理的许多方面都制订关于汉字书写规范化的相关要求。诸如:《邹城市第四中学校级“公开课”、“师范课”、“优质课”管理条例》，《邹城市第四中学教学工作检查办法》，《邹城市第四中学教师考评办法》，《教师课堂教学要求（评价表准)》等，都有对教师“汉字书写规范化”的基本要求。因此，作为邹城四中的一名教师达到汉字书写规范化的要求也是服从学校教育教学管理的基本表。
现代社会有一条潜规则，那就是，汉字书写规范化是教师这一社会角色（身份）必须具有的基本素养。教师几乎就是知识的代名词，“为人师表”是人们张口就说的话，除了说，书写差不多是一个教师
的门面，作为一名教师如果不能写一笔说得过去汉字，那他的“本事”常常是要叫人打折扣的。这样讲并非让大家去在乎那个“名气”，实际上，“为人师表”一说是要求教师不论在哪里
都得其示范作用，首先应从说与写做起。
