亲测解决fatal: unable to access github
这个问题是在小虎push github仓库出现的，原因是使用了ssh密匙。
fatal: unable to access 'github/Davidietop/xxx.git/': OpenSSL SSL_read: Connection was reset, errno 10054 解决方法选择git remote -v时的仓库为ssh型的即可。
