在一个Time Line上可以设置多个“触发点”每个“触发点”可以触发多个Activate/SetEvent
Synchronization Strategy分为None/Implicit/Explicit. 其中Explicit需要使用到外部Counter，这里不做讨论，三者的区别如下图
