今天我演讲的题目是——态度决定一切。在工作面前，态度决定
一切。没有不重要的工作，只有不重视工作的人。不同的态度，成就
不同的人生，有什么样的态度就会产生什么样的行为，从而决定不同
的结果。有这样一个小故事：三个工人在砌一堵墙。有人过来问他们：
“你们在干什么?”第
一个人抬头苦笑着说：”没看见吗?砌墙!我正在搬运着那些重得
要命的石块呢。这可真是累人啊......第二个人抬头苦笑着说：“我们在
盖一栋高楼。不过这份工作可真是不轻松啊......第三个人满面笑容开心
地说：”我们正在建设一座新城市。我们现在所盖的这幢大楼未来将
成为城市的标致性建筑之一啊!想想能够参与这样一个工程，真是令人
兴奋。”十年后，第一个人依然在砌墙;第二个人坐在办公室里画图纸
——他成了工程师;第三个人，是前两个人的老板。可见，一个人的工
作态度折射着人生态度，而人生态度决定一个人一生的成就。每个人
都有不同的工作轨迹，有的人成为单位的中流砥柱，实现了自己的价
值;有的人一直碌碌无为;有的人牢骚满腹，总以为与众不同，而到头来
仍一无所获┉┉众所周知，除了少数天才，大多数人的禀赋相差无几。
那么，是什么在造就我们，决定我们呢?我想是“态度”!我们做任何
事情，成败的关键不在于客观因素，而在于我们做事的态度。客观困
难的确存在，关键在于我们是直面困难、解决困难，还是回避困难、
在困难面前放弃，这便是一个态度问题。鲁迅先生说过：“真的猛士，
敢于直面惨淡的人生，敢于正视淋漓的鲜血”。只要我们以积极的态
度面对困难，不为困难所吓倒，一定就能够战胜困难，成为一名生活
和工作中的勇士!在实际的生活当中，我们常听到这样的抱怨：“工作
很累，钱挣的很少”，“做同样的工作，为什么他挣的比我多呢?”，
“领导为什么只重视他，委以他重任呢?”诚然，这样的情况实际中确
实存在。带着情绪工作，肯定不会有出的表现。试想，左手边站着一
个态度积极向上、右手边站一个灰心丧气、凡事都摇头的员工，领导
会做出什么样的选择?工作和生活需要热情和行动，需要努力，需要一
种积极主动、自动自发的精神，这就要求我们以积极的态度对待工作
对待他人对待生活。有积极的态度才能够担负起责任，才能够团结，
才能够开拓创新，才能够应对各种复杂的问题。态度决定选择!态度决
定思路!态度决定命运!态度决定一切!让我们从现在开始，以积极的态
度来勇于超越自我，不断完善自我，丰富我们的人生吧!
