AnypowerorauthoritygrantedtomyAgentunderthisbbbbbbbbshallbelimitedtotheextent

necessarytopreventthisPowerofAttorneyfromcausing:(i)myincometobetaxabletomyAgent

(ii)myassetstobesubjecttoageneralpowerofappointmentbymyAgentand(iii)myAgentto

haveanyincidentsofownershipwithrespecttoanylifeinsurancepoliciesthatImayownonthelife

ofmyAgent.

whileactingundertheauthorityofthisPowerofAttorney.

我的代理人无须对其做出的出于善意的错误判断而导致的损失负责，但他须要对在根据本授
