20____年是我工作的第二年，这一年相对于前两年来说，对于教学和教育
工作有力进一步的认识，自己的能力和心理素质得到了进一步地提高，在院领
导和同事的帮助下，拓宽了自己的专业知识，也承担了一些新的教学任务，总
体上较好地完成了这一年的工作任务。
但是教学过程中仍然有许多不足之处。一方面自己的专业知识比较有限，
在讲授计算机和电子商务相关知识中不能做到深入和精确，另一方面在教学进
度和学生所要求的教学速度上未找到合适的平衡点。这些问题是在新学年中我
要努力攻克的，希望能在同事和自己的帮助下使得科技英语的教学更上一个台
阶。
2.担任了信管__班的英语教学工作。信管__班是我从大一第二学期接班
的，针对这种情况，积极和班主任沟通交流，了解他们以前的成绩，课下也和
学生保持交流，了解他们的思想和学习情况，尽快完成我和学生互相的了解与
适应。在这种情况下，系统地完成了从比较基础的《新概念英语》到难度加大
的《新视野英语》再到四级强化的教学任务。结合上次的经验，针对各个学生
鼓励教学，及时总结学生成绩情况。
在公共英语的教学中，深刻地体会到了和以前上科技英语课的不同。公共
英语课强调的是英语基础词汇和应用的培养，而且小班教学更需要老师及时了
解学生学习的反馈情况。所以虽然担任的都是英语课的教学，但是要因材施
教，学会在不同的课程中转换角色，以期达到良好的教学效果。
3.承担了____级英语专业汉英翻译和____级英语专业汉英翻译的教学任
务，翻译是英语专业所开设的一门重要的课程。对于这门课之前请教了同事，
参考了多本资料，教学中补充了许多课本以外的知识点，通过大量的例子讲解
翻译的理论，注重培养学生实践能力。由于这是第一次上这门课，还有许多问
题亟待解决，尤其面对英语专业的学生，这意味着需要更加提高自己的专业水
准，改进教学方法。
总体来说，作为一名英语老师，尤其是科技英语老师，在教学上不能浅尝
辄止，要不断探索新的教学方法，了解学生的心理状态，努力提高教学水平。
