定义：倡议书由个人或集体发出，作用是倡导某项活动。
体裁及格式：倡议书属于应用文的一种，由标题、称呼、正文、结尾、落款
五部分组成。
时态：一般用将来时或一般现在时。
写作要求：题目常会给出标题、称呼、结尾、落款这四部分，考生只需完成
正文即可。这类写作的正文包括倡议的目的、内容以及呼吁。
（1）称呼。写称呼的目的是为了明确倡议的对象，一般要依据倡议的对象而选
用适当的称呼，如：“Dearfriends”，“Dearschoolmates”，“Deareditor”，
“Dearstudents”等。
（2）正文。倡议意在引起他人的响应，这就要求作者须清楚说明倡议背景、原
因，申明倡议目的，做到让人信服，人们才能响应并自觉行动。倡议的内容也要
具体，要写明有什么作用。一般倡议的内容可为几点来写的，这样倡议的对象更
容易看清，更容易明白，效果也更好。
（3）结尾。结尾可表明倡议者的决心和希望或者提出某种建议，但是一般不在
结尾用些表示敬意或祝愿的话。
（4）落款。在右下方署名发出倡议的集体或倡议者的姓名，然后另起一行，署
上发出倡议时间。
一、常用套语
1.引出倡议目的
常用inorderto引出不定式短语或用with/forthepurposeof引导的
介词短语。如：
Inorderto/Toofferhelptothemigrantkids/Forthepurposeof
offeringhelptothemigrantkids,wethinkourgovernmentshouldtake
measurestopourmoremoneyintoimprovingthepresentsituationof
migrantschools.为了帮助民工子弟，我们认为政府应该采取措施，将资金投
入到改善民工学校现状中。
2.列举倡议内容
倡议其实就是提建议，因此，可用如下句型：

3.提出呼吁
提出呼吁可用句型
