一个和谐的社会。在我看来，每个人都应该对自己负责，同时，他们
也需要对别人负责。

一方面，人们应该对自己负责。我们需要照顾好自己的人身安全和情
感的健康，这样一来，我们能够让自己活得快乐。一些人在遇到挫折
后变得灰心丧气，伤害自己的身体。这是对自己非常不负责任的，一
个人应该对自己好点，这样他就能让其他人开心。

有一则关于巴士司机的新闻，讲的是他在开车的时候死于心脏病，他
在死前把巴士停到了人行道上。这个巴士司机给我们展示了对别人的
责任是什么，他挽救了很多人的生命。我们对别人的责任让我们赢得
了别人的尊重。

商业道德能让一个公司和员工以及顾客保持长期的合作关系。第一，
一些老板为了赚更多钱，减少了员工的福利，这样会引起员工对公司
的不满，员工会想要跳槽，这样公司就要招聘新员工，重新培训，很
花时间和浪费资源，在变动期间，公司无法正常运作。第二，如果一
个公司有声望，顾客就会愿意买这个公司的产品，和它保持合作。相
反的，没有人愿意买一个不道德公司的产品，那些产品可能会质量不
好，对人们的健康有害。

世界充满了多样性，人们来自不同的文化，语言和信仰，他们代表着
不同的传统，习俗和价值，相对于彼此间的相似性，我们很容易察觉
到人们之间的差异性。所以达到互相理解不但重要，而且也很必要。

但是有时候人们需要达成共识，提升办事效率，如果他们能够彼此理
解，愿意达成共识，这有利于他们建立长期的合作关系。

人们的信仰，不要和他们争论，避免冲突。
