一、预备阶段要花的费用：
考试费用：出国前首先要预备托福或雅思索试，雅思索试费用
1750元。不需要〔面试〕的托福也将和雅思索试形式全都。
外语培训费：考试以前的外语培训费平均2000元左右，但因
人而异。如高校生本身就有英语基础，可能几百块钱就够了;高中生
的花费当然要高许多。其他人员标准各异。
院校申请：国外相当多的高校需要收申请人的院校申请费，收
了这笔钱后，高校才会对申请人的材料进行评审和评估。由于需要耗
费它的人力，这笔钱多少不等，平均下来每所也有100美元左右。如
美国的学校是50100美元/所;英国有的收有的不收，一收就是100英
镑;欧洲国家的院校是根据欧元来收，最高100欧元/所，最低50欧
元/所。假如每个人平均申请5所学校，每所学校要预备100美元的
申请费，人民币就约3000元。
邮寄费：把材料邮寄到学校还要花邮寄费，每份特快专递费
200元，仅5个专递费就是1000元。
签证费：国家和国家不一样，但不管哪个国家第一次拒签后不
仅费用不退，其次次再签时还要照单付账。
二、中期的花费：
〔保险〕费：拿到签证以后，往往需要买保险。各国保险不一
样，如英国的保险和学费打包，不需要额外买。美国、澳大利亚、加

拿大则需要先交保险费，健康、医疗等加起来差不多在400500美元
之间/年。
路费：飞机票单程一般4000元左右;
设备：自带〔笔记本〕电脑，配置恰当需1万元左右;
生活必用品：常备药品、学习用品、厨具如电饭煲之类需2000
元左右;行李不能超重，否则还要加收费用。
三、国外需要的花费：
学费：发达国家英、美、澳、加的学费平均一年8万元;生活
费至少也应当是8万元/年，基本上生活费和学费是一半一半，合计
每年16万元。学费中有的高校含教材，有的不含，假如要额外追加
教材费的话，估量4000元人民币都不多。
出国留学需要具备什么条件
平常成果：平常成果(GPA)可以特别直观额证明同学在学校期
间的学习力量和〔学习看法〕，因此GPA是特别重要的出国留学条件
之一。不同的高校对于GPA分数的要求也都不一样。假如确定了高中
或高校〔毕业〕出国留学的话，就肯定要维持好自己课程的每一门的
成果，不然“搞砸”一次就很难再转变分数了。
英语水平：需要考过IELTS、TOFEL、GRE、ESE、GMAT、MELAB
等，而在国内，考取IELTS和TOFEL的同学居多，以IELTS为例，中
国大陆同学去英国、荷兰、瑞士、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰等国家
留学(以上国家对IELTS成果比较认可)，讨论生须6.5分以上。
经济条件：家庭现有及将来几年的经济收入是否足以支付孩子

留学所需的基本费用，包括学费及生活费等，这应成为家长确定是否
