raise是及物动词，因此，后⾯要跟宾语，其本⾝的根本含义是“使上升，让上升”。

arise也同样是不及物动词，很少⽤于位置上升的意思，⼀般会解释为“起因于，发⽣”。过去
式：arose过去分词：arisen
