我讲完了本能系统论，下面就是方法系统。方法系统这是本能系统的第二部分，这一个包括辨证、包括许多的方法。

今天谈一谈辨证，这是个很复杂的问题，中医始终讲辨证论治，什么是证？为什么要辨？证与治是个什么关系？这个问题似乎是还没说清楚的问题，今天我们看看说清楚了没有？！你们要听清楚了，那就是我说清楚了，这是非常重要的一部分。中医说的辨证论治，什么是证？为什么要辨证？辨证，这是从什么时候有的？辨证的目的是什么？

我们先说一下什么是证，这个证啊，在过去，就是说在汉代、在东汉《伤寒杂病论》开始有辨证，叫六经辨证，这个证有两种写法，这个（证）简化了，我们看看那个繁体的（證），这两个字一个繁体的一个简体的（證、证），在《伤寒论》出现的是这个繁体的證，后来简化了以后啊，大家习惯用这个症，这个证和这个症是共同的，在辨证有用这个證的，有用这个症，没有区别，证是什么呢？证是在一个疾病当中，在人体的表现、表现出来的一些现象，中医叫证，举个例子，比如说：发烧、这是一个证，发热畏寒是一个证，发热恶热又是一个证，寒热往来又是一个证，头疼是一个证，脉浮也是一个证，身疼头疼，肢体麻木都属于证，舌白、舌赤、舌黄，有苔、无苔都是一个证，所以这个证啊，凡是疾病所表现在身体的一些现象都是证。我们不可能都举出来，对于这个东西啊，中医看得是很重要，他通过对这些现象的思辨，认识到这些现象的本质。我们辨证，就是本能系统这个医学体系辨证的目的是什么？是对这些现象思考、思辨，认识它的本质。本质是什么呢？就是本能系统活动表现出来的趋势，大家记rasp scientific methods of thinking and working, and view trends, patterns and events to strengthen strategic thinking and dialectical thinking, systems thinking, creative thinking, the bottom line thinking set up problem-oriented, focus on risk, fill the short Board; empty talks jeopardize national interests in mind, hard work and prosperous, a deployment, a nine-point implementation ... 住这一点，我们本能系统医学辨证是为了认识在疾病中本能系统活动的趋势，是为了认识这个东西。因为认识到这个东西啊，他才能顺应本能趋势保护生命，这是本能系统医学唯一的一个认识本能趋势的方法，所以辨证在本能系统医学之中是非常重要的。

为什么今天我把辨证、把辨证的目的说成是认识本能系统活动趋势的唯一方法，因为本能系统医学认为：病是什么？认为病是本能系统保护生命的一种活动，是唯一的保护生命的一种活动。

我可以换一句话说，本能系统活动是一种大自然的能力，保护生命的活动。因为生命这个东西，唯一的、是依靠本能系统保护它，没有第二个势力能以保护生命。我说的是绝对的，你记住这个茬儿，你可以提出来哪一点不是，什么时候曾经有过不是，只是我们在以前不认识，不认识自己的本能系统，不知道自己这个本能系统是保护自己生命的唯一的一个自然力量、一个自然能力。

一切的医生、一切的药物、一切的方法都不可能保护生命，保护生命是唯一的本能系统的自然能。

上几天有一个人、是学现代医学的，找我去，非要拜师不可！我说你哪个学校毕业？（他说）我是第四军医大学毕业，我工作十年了。我说你工作十年了，你干嘛拜我为师？（他说）我太了解现代医学了！我说你了解到什么程度？（他说）我什么病也不会治，我就认为我会治肺大叶炎。我说怎么治啊？（他说）切除了就行了！我说那要是就会治这一个啊，那什么也不会治了，切除了就行了啊，那哪儿有病切除哪儿，这人能切几回啊？我说这人是切着过日子？我说不是！

郭生白--公益讲座《方法系统论》---视频来源：保护生命的唯一的能力就是我们的本能系统，所以我们的辨证目的就是要认清楚本能活动的趋势，就是我们身体的本能系统想上哪里去？想让那个病怎么办？我们就顺着它，帮它一下，仅此而已！你再多一点的能力都没有！谁要是说他有能力，他是因为啊，既不认识自己，也不认识人的本能，所以我一再强调这一点，大家一定不要忘记这一点，谁也不能保护你，只有你自己的本能保护你，没有任何的异议。任何一个小病，任何一个大病都是如此！

我们看一看什么证，我把这个证啊，所有的证啊归纳了七类，也就是七种现象：一是脉象，脉浮、脉沉、脉迟、脉数、数就是快、脉弦细、脉洪大等等，都属于证。脉象属于证，它在证明着什么？舌有苔、舌苔，舌苔的颜色，舌质、舌质的颜色，都属于证，就是舌象、脉象。

比如说，发烧、发冷这属于体象；颜色、面色、舌质的颜色、所有的颜色变化属于色象；声音的变化属于声象；还有体象，比如说：仰手掷足和蜷卧、身蜷而卧，这是体象，有很多的体象……还有意象，意象是什么呢？苦欲、安烦苦欲，喜欢什么不喜欢什么；比方说易怒、忧虑、恐惧、这属于意象，比方说喜欢凉的、喜欢热的，这属于意象；另外还有一个物象，物象就是我们（的）痰、大便、小便、汗，属于一些排泄物质，再就是我们检验的微量物质属于物象。

这七种现象，七种现象都是证，那么辨呢？我们（怎么）去思辨呢？思辨的什么？

我们的目的是思辨本能系统活动的趋势，这是本能系统医学的辨证内容。

我们过去没有我这个说法，这是我写完了本能系统论以后说的话，在此以前，我们说有六个辨证体系吧！

六经辨证是一个，八纲辨证是一个，脏腑辨证是一个，经络辨证是一个，三焦辨证是一个，营卫气血、卫气营血是一个。还有一个三因辨证，三因辨证很简单，我们不谈这个，我逐一的给大家介绍一下这五个辨证法。

说辨证是对这七个现象的思辨，我先说一下六经辨证。六经辨证是一个什么东西啊？是一个本能方法系统、方法系统，为什么叫本能方法系统呢？以前没这个说法，解释六经的从宋代末成无己开始到民国初年，解释六经辨证的有一千多个人，有外国人、有中国人，没有一个认为是，伤寒六经是方法系统，没有人这么说过，但是我们今天解释伤寒六经这个辨证系统，我们先说它是一个方法系统。

什么方法系统？是个本能方法系统！为什么说它是本能方法系统？因为在东汉以前啊，只有方剂，什么方、一张方子治什么病，什么方治什么病，在《汉书艺文志》里说经方，这是一个流派，这个经方没有作为辨证，从《伤寒杂病论》问世出现了一套，一个系统、一个汗法，用出汗的方法治病，东汉以前没有，出汗的方法，你看有用出汗的，又生出来一个有汗、无汗，有汗呢用解肌，而且发汗和发汗还不同，要发大汗，像大青龙汤，发汗而且又要通一下肠，光发汗不够，小青龙汤也是一个发汗的方剂、还要除水，你看发汗有发汗的方子，这是一个系统，发汗的系统；通大便也可以治病，各等级不同，从调胃承气汤到小承气汤、大承气汤，再轻一点白虎汤，还有泻心汤、五张泻心汤方子，五种泻心汤，这下法又成一个系统；还有吐法，所以它是一个发汗、大便、小便、呕吐，本来是个本能，rasp scientific methods of thinking and working, and view trends, patterns and events to strengthen strategic thinking and dialectical thinking, systems thinking, creative thinking, the bottom line thinking set up problem-oriented, focus on risk, fill the short Board; empty talks jeopardize national interests in mind, hard work and prosperous, a deployment, a nine-point implementation ... 郭生白--公益讲座《方法系统论》---视频来源：是人的生命与生俱来的本能，怎么它能治病呢？这是张仲景有所发现，他是不是看到本能系统在排异呢？他没说！对于排异这个问题他没说，他就是一群方法，把方法垒成了一个系统，一个大系统中又分成了两个分系统，一个分系统又分出来一个子系统，所以他是一个方法系统。他就是说你是什么情况，需要用哪张方子，一吃就好，不是百发百中，是千发千中，万发万中，一直到一千八百年以来无不中的。张仲景并没说本能，也没说本能系统，也没说排异，也没说自主调节，他就说发汗，汗、吐、下、和，所以我们现在都懂得伤寒论，我们认识伤寒论是个本能方法系统，这是一点都不能错的！因为这个理论可以解释所有的现象，这是六经，用六经没用脏腑，也没用经络，也没用任何器官，他用了六经。

一个阴、一个阳，阴阳本来是个一体，他把一个病分成了阴阳两个系统，阳性病呢汗、吐、下，破血、利小便，你看，没有一个不是排异的！阴性病那个系统呢都是和法，它有一个和法的系统，这不是个方法系统吗？！他没提脏腑，也没提组织，也没提器官，也没提经络，就用三阴三阳。在过去啊，这个三阴三阳是个通常用的系统名称，运气学说也有三阴三阳，在《内经》热病论上也用三阴三阳区分，这个是有原因的！

这个三阴三阳是把一个整体分成六个系统，根据什么分呢？根据阴阳消长，我记得我谈过这个问题，就是张仲景什么也没说，他就说了什么什么脉、什么什么症，用哪个哪个方子。

到今天，从《伤寒杂病论》问世以来，出现了八纲辨证，脏腑辨证，经络辨证，三焦辨证，卫气营血辨证，出现了这么五个辨证体系、这是为什么呢？

我认为第一个是大家没读懂《伤寒杂病论》六经辨证的本质内容是什么，没弄清。所以呢，就感到六经辨证不够用、不够。

有人搞了一个八纲辨证，八纲是什么呢？阴阳表里寒热虚实八个纲领，他把这些现象啊，通过思辨，哪一个是阴、哪一个是阳，什么样的是表、什么是里，什么是虚、什么是实，什么是寒、什么是热，那么这个阴阳表里寒热虚实这东西呢，是人体疾病一些共性，是一般性质，而不是具体的个性，不知道大家明白这两个词不？共性和个性，学过一点哲学的应该都知道，共性和个性，阴阳是共性，表里也是共性，阴阳是共性，表里也是共性，寒热是共性，虚实也是共性，可是这个人治病啊，不能用共性治啊！它是要用具体的个性才能治病，所以这个八纲辨证有明显的不够，明显的不足，缺乏个性，缺乏具体的个性，但是有一样，它仍然是遵循着过去的方法系统，还是回到方法上来了，可是它呢，就出现了一些对抗，这是八纲辨证，这一个我们介绍到这儿。因为这不是我们要学的，我们了解就够了。

我再说一个脏腑辨证，这个脏腑辨证啊，可能是开始于陶弘景，它有一本书谈到脏腑辨证的内容，这个脏腑辨证把这些现象思辨成啊，在哪个脏器、在哪个器官、我认为仍然是错误的，这个病不是在哪个器官。咱们说一下，冠心病是在哪个器官啊？是在心吗？脑梗是在脑吗？乳腺癌是在乳腺吗？在现象上是，在本质上不是！一个肺炎是在肺吗？你看那个治肺炎的方子，治心梗、治脑梗的方子，是治肺了吗？是治脑了吗？是治心了吗？不是，凡是有效的，能治好的都不是。我说不是在一个器官，任何一个病都是在一个系统！我们不懂系统的时候，我们看见了这不就在心脏吗！rasp scientific methods of thinking and working, and view trends, patterns and events to strengthen strategic thinking and dialectical thinking, systems thinking, creative thinking, the bottom line thinking set up problem-oriented, focus on risk, fill the short Board; empty talks jeopardize national interests in mind, hard work and prosperous, a deployment, a nine-point implementation ... 郭生白--公益讲座《方法系统论》---视频来源：这不心脏堵住了吗？其实你治心脏不是？那只能下支架，那只能搭桥了，你眼里看到心脏心梗了只能是搭桥，只能是做支架！你的眼睛里看到的是系统，你决不会去做搭桥，去做支架，我帮着它就通开了，全身都通开了！那么是在心脏吗？是在脑吗？一个肺感染发高烧，呼呼的喘，要上呼吸机，怎么办哪？那上呼吸机啊！你的眼睛里看到的是肺，你就上呼吸机，再不行就上太平间；你的眼睛要看到不是，是系统，一个大便、一个利小便，肺好了！那是在肺吗？所以啊，在我们知道系统以前，我们看不出来，我们不敢说脏腑辨证不正确，但是他这个方法啊，是用的治病的方法，它和这个脏腑怎么着对上呢，就杜撰一些理论放上，所以中医的理论直到今天没有统一的理论，也就是说没有系统的理论，你说你的、他说他的，八家说八个理，就是因为这个问题。他看到的是脏腑，他看到的是八纲，各人走各人的路，说不上话。

我再说一个经络，经络是把一些疾病啊都归纳在哪个经哪个络里头，这倒简单了，可是这个经络在疾病当中是个重要的部分，这是个信息处理系统，哪儿没有信息是不可能生存的，如果把这个信息系统认为是包罗万象的，那是个错误。它只是一个系统，它跟别的系统是不能分开的一个系统，所以这个经络辨证是不完美的。

是它有发展，这一点是功不可没啊！它有很好的发展，而且很大的发展，它发展了什么？发展了方法。他在《伤寒杂病论》的汗法当中，创造了一个透表法，这是活人无数的一个方法。它这个病啊不能出汗，还不能以通便，还不能吐，它叫透表，他说的非常好！他说：温病啊最需汗解，是最怕出汗，你看这个，你琢磨琢磨这茬儿，只能用辛凉透表不能用辛温，这么讲的对不对啊？对！在现象上对，在本质上他没说出来这个透表法啊，为什么怕出汗，他没解释，他说最怕出汗，还最需要汗解，最需要在表层把毒排出来，还最怕发汗。我们发现了系统以后才知道，他说得非常的对，不能出汗，一出汗就坏了，说不从表解还不行、必死，不让它从体表出来必死，出汗还不行！其实呢，它是从血往外排，所以凡是这种温病呢都出现一些丘疹或者是淤点，就是淤血点小红点哪、红斑哪或者是疹子，都出现这个、这是从毛细血管往外排，它不能出汗，一出汗哪，血液的浓度高了，把血液的粘稠度提高了、水分少了，水分少了在血循环上就相对差了，它不利于往外排毒，所以它怕出汗，出汗出着毛病，说不出还不行，不出把它闷在里头就死了，这（是）他发展了（的）一个透表法。活下来的人就多了，太多了！而且他把下法又发展了，就是《伤寒论》的承气汤，从白虎汤到调胃承气、小承气、大承气、桃核承气、大黄牡丹皮等等，下淤血汤，他发展了什么啊？承气汤，宣白承气、导赤承气、增液承气、他又增加了好几张，可能是增加了五个下法，这是吴鞠通的贡献。他发展了方剂了，就是发展了方法了，方法是什么？是透表！方剂是什么？是添加了许多承气汤。方剂和方法不是一回事，所以啊发展了一点也不得了，那可不是个简单事，这是三焦辨证。

大家也可以知道，这个医学的终端啊，是方法，方法是离病人最近的一个东西，吃了就好、还是吃了就不好，他们共同的内涵就是重视了方法，都在模仿了《伤寒论》的方法，不管你是自觉的不自觉的，你都走了这么一条路，所以你能被广大的人民接受，你能够存在到今天，但是因为各有不足之处，都有不足的地方，所以啊谁都不能取代谁，只能是共存！

一个是三焦，怎么怎么；各说各的，统一不了。

这个问题并不是说中医有什么缺点，我不看成是缺点，一个文化体系在自由发展，大家从各个方面去寻觅，去追求更完美，这是一个追求完美的过程，没有什么不对，这是必然的也是！你看其它的学科都比较容易，唯独生命到今天哪，全世界都没有认识的。你看那飞船登月几年就行，可是人几千年也没有认识了自己，这有什么办法啊？这就是个存在的东西。

所以我们今天谈到辨证法，这是现代是这么一种情况，这种情况是从历史、起码两千多年走过来的，这是个很难的问题，唯独生命认识生命是很难的问题，要破坏生命那是很容易的，有几句题外的话，说说也有好处，你看长崎和广岛咕嗵一下原子弹，几十万人没有了，就这么容易！这个东西算不算科学啊？这几天看哪儿，大量的生物怎么就神奇的死亡？死亡干嘛神奇的死亡？怎么那么神奇的死亡？！有人知道为什么啊，不说！你看制造死亡太容易了，活下一个人来可很难啊！今天我们谈的是活人的问题，这是中医的辨证法。

火、土，相生相克画一个连线，五个角，其中都是三角，你再在其中画上连线，还是三角，你画一千个一万个，哪怕你画得像恒河沙一样多，都是三角接成的五个，所以它是一个非常稳定的东西，这是个宇宙万物的结构，说它为什么那么稳定呢，它根据什么是个三角呢，就根据依赖和制约，你看看这个东西，依赖和制约，你画一画，你从依赖和制约，没有他没有我，没有我没有他，他就治他，他就治他，形成了一个缺一个制约就散架，缺一个依赖也散架，只有既有依赖又有制约、连起来是一个稳定的宇宙世界，稳定的宇宙万物，这个有什么办法呢！它就是个五！你看下了这么些年的雪，几千年、几万年，就是个六角，哪一个雪花也是六角，它就没一个缺一个角呢，所以六就是六，五就是五，都是大自然来的，凡是人编的这个，都不是真理！我就不相信人，我相信大自然！他把这个肝是将军之官，谋略出焉，他把这些感情上的东西都分开，分到五脏上来了，但是分到五脏，我们要是接受它啊，要保护自己啊，要治病啊，怎么办呢？还得要说通了，说通了就绕弯来，就绕来绕去、绕来绕去，不就这么回事吗？

说来说去，他所以能存在，就是那张方子，要没有这张方子，把这些说法都糊啦平了，什么都没有，照样吃，照样好病，它没起作用，想想是这么回事不是？

咱们除了这个以外，老祖宗给留下有几张方子，咱们创造一张好不好啊？拿出来，拿不出来，拿出来了，符合不符合过去的理论，不符合，有效没效，有效，比你的还有效呢，古代人没做到，现代人做到了，不符合古代，那就对了，要都符合就没发展了，明白了吗？我说你明白不了，因为这事太简单，你就明白不了了！

今天这个小题目啊，是辨证法跟方法系统论。我们上一次讲到辨证，辨证要有一个方法，这个方法是思想方法。

我们怎么看待病，怎么看待人，怎么看待那些现象，去怎么思考，是怎么判断，怎么着立法，为什么要用这张方子，我彻底地讲清楚！你要是真的了解了，再遇到病了，不用找别人，让别人找你都行。我说的这个一点也不过分，你听听我说的是不是这个。

我们首先要明确一下中医辨证是从疾病现象中思辨、去思考，辨别。辨别什么？辨别疾病的本质。那本质是什么？比如说，所有的疾病，这个疾病的本质是什么？当然我们要说的是共性，不是说的一个个性，说的共性，所有的疾病，不管什么病都有一个本质，本质是什么？不是他在身体上出现的一些现象！这不是本质！

我告诉大家一句话，疾病的本质是人的本能系统在疾病过程当中活动的趋势。这是疾病的本质！

个人可能有十个说法，这就是没人界定过。你想一想什么是病？！你也想不出来，反正我知道这是病了，但是什么是病呢？你说出来，说不出来。我说我们首先要确定人，人认识自己，我们怎么认识我们自己？不是你身份证上那个你，作为一个人，认识我们的生命是什么，生命为什么能够存在。

零三年、零二年、可能是零零年，妙智法师死了，活了116岁，他怎么活了116岁？是一种什么力量让他活了116岁？是一种什么力量让那一个活了15岁？我们要认识到了这个了，才能认识到病，唯一保护我们这个生命的是什么？是我们自己，我们自己的本能，一切的疾病是我们身体的本能在保护我们活动的那个过程就是病。如果你要确信这一点，这是病，那么这就是病的本质。

今天我讲第一个病，你看看是不是！以后我讲每一个病，不管是传染病还是功能性疾病，完全不能离开本能在保护生命的活动这个过程，保护住了就生存下来，保护不住那这个生命就结束。要真正认识到这一点，我们就知道，我们怎么着保护自己，怎么着保护别人，谁是对的，谁是错的！

你看看这个大问题解决了，这个问题有多大啊！现在来说啊，是全人类95%的人的大问题，我们为什么这么说，全世界总人口95%以上是不健康的，那5%啊、也逐渐地减少，所以我们认识到这一点非常的重要。你听听看看是不是？！我每天遇到这个问题，这个问题每天啊就和咬我一样，我是越来感觉越强烈。

那么这个辨证是什么呢？就是认识到这七类现象，从这七类现象去思辨它的本质是什么，来认识这个病，从这些现象上来认识这个病，认识病的什么？认识这个病的本质是什么。很简单，说了一大些话，其实就一句。我再深入一步说，什么是本能活动趋势，就是什么是疾病的本质啊？！怎么着思辨才能认识到这个趋势呢？这就是辨证方法，这就谈到这个方法。

一个被子还冷，这又是为什么？这是一种现象

产生大量的能量，干嘛呀？提高体温，加强循环，让汗腺分泌汗液，把它排出去，这是我们那个神奇的、排异本能系统，它在做这个活动的时候，发烧，为什么要发烧？就是要把有害的异物排出去，不管从什么方向，它是要排出去，那么无热恶寒呢？说体温在基础体温以下而发冷，怕冷，这也是我们的本能系统，在做保卫这个生命的活动呢

你想一想，这个人的系统能力连一个基础体温都维持不住了，就没有能力，给这个生命存在一个起码的条件都不够了，这个时候啊，我们的本能系统使我们的血液向内趋，保护这个人的重要的器官，那么体周围的循环减少了，热量降低了，所以就有恶寒。你看发热、恶寒，无热、恶寒，两种现象都是本能系统在保护生命生存活动的、出现的一种势力，我换一句话说，发热、体温升高，无论有恶寒、没有恶寒，都是排异的，都是因为外源性疾病，如果恶寒、有发热是排异，发热、有没有恶寒都是排异，但是还有一个，没热、体温不高，当然包括体温低，不管恶寒、不恶寒都是内源性疾病，大家记住这一点！

首先，把所有的疾病，千病万病，所有的病分成了两个，一个是内源性疾病、一个外源性疾病。

内源性疾病呢，是自主调节的方法，它这个本能系统是自己要调节他自己的障碍；那个外源性疾病呢，是本能系统要排异，把病理物质要排出去。

这个外源性、内源性都带着一个方法的，这是法则，是绝对不能离开的，所以我们要辨证。

第一步辨的是什么？是外源性疾病？是内源性疾病？发热是因为啊，本能系统要经营一次排汗。第一个，提高体温；第二个，是循环系统向身体周围有充足的供血，有充足的体液；第三个，是汗腺分泌汗出来了，异物排出来了，我说狭隘一点，病毒病菌排出来了，病好了！你想一想，还有什么能比这个方法再好的？！还怎么可能有别的方法啊？！咱们用了这么些年冰袋，用了这么些年酒精擦身，强迫降温，用了这么些年激素降温，死了多少人谁统计了？大家最清楚的是非典，非典用激素降温的结果是什么？有目共睹，人人皆知，等到你们知道本能系统以后，你再看，你就更明白了！传染病、所有的病原性的生物体侵入，唯一的方法就是我们的本能系统排异，我们自己去为排异扫清一些身体上的障碍，提供一些帮助，没有第二个方法。

零三年邓铁涛先生就是用的这个方法，上世纪56年蒲辅周先生也是用的这个方法，那是不自觉的。说要排汗，怎么着排汗呢？一有足够的体温，二有足够的体液，第三各个系统最起码的是代谢系统功能要完整、没有缺陷，这才能排异，差一个也不能排！

怎么办？这就是需要医生的那一点，帮助一下！我说到了一个发热，说到了一个恶寒，说到了一个内源性疾病，一个外源性疾病，根据发热恶寒和无热恶寒来分别是内源性疾病、外源性疾病。

问题啊，我们还有一个文化问题没有解决啊！一种盲目崇拜啊，谁是智慧的？谁是愚昧的？就说这个病，发热、恶寒为什么？怎么这么高的体温还怕冷呢？按照常理我们在热的时候是要出汗，体温到不了38度就出汗了，出汗啊，我们皮肤就不热了、凉了，比我们手温度还低呢，可是这个热啊，是本能系统制造的，它制造这个热是为了要发汗，汗不出，这体温继续升高，肌肉颤抖，摩擦生热，提高体温，脉浮，脉浮是循环系统向体周围大量供血，提供体液，还出不来汗，我们看到了这种情况，这汗腺早已到了分泌汗液的时候了，它不分泌，问题就在这儿，问题在汗腺不分泌，这是我说的那个病势，这个生命本能就是要排汗，强力的排汗，出不来，出不来是因为汗腺不分泌，这是一个病势。

那么我们要顺势呢，我们就让它排汗，支持它排汗，帮助它排汗，看到了汗腺不分泌，我们知道我们有药可以促进汗腺分泌，给它一点，汗腺一分泌、汗一出来、排出来了，体温很快就可以恢复正常，你要经历一次，你就恍然大悟！

今天这个病毒性感冒，太简单了！你看见了啊，没不害怕的，第一个要紧的就是赶紧退烧，赶紧退烧、这么烧不行，这么烧就烧死了！我没见过一个烧死的，我见过死的，没见过烧死的！凡是死的都和治疗有关系，要是治疗的正确，一个死的也没有！不是光我这么说，在乾隆年代就有人这么说，说痘疹无死证，那就是说痘疹、麻疹、天花、没有死证。一个流行性感冒当然没死证，可是现在一个流行性感冒，感冒、肺炎、肺感染，好像是一个自然过程，其实这完全是人为的。

感冒就是，好了就算完了，治错了就是肺炎。怎么错？就是不让出汗。怎么不让出汗啊？我使物理给你降温，我使化学药给你降温，这就不让出汗。凡不让出汗的，肺炎，还不会治的，肺感染，一步一步的升级。什么药？一个麻黄汤，麻黄、杏仁、桂枝、甘草四味药，吃了就好，常常是一副药熬两次混合起来，吃二分之一，出了汗好了，说先生剩下的药怎么办啊？我说扔了就行，扔了！扔了？吃了行不行？不能吃，扔了行，不能吃，再吃还发汗，没必要了！就是半剂药，一次就好了，太简单了！

我下一次，我着重地给大家讲麻黄汤，分析麻黄汤，我这一辈子怎么想的，我下一次就怎么说，今天我说到这儿。

(郭老)我想啊，这个身疼啊，是病毒性感冒的一个特征，说为什么会身疼，说身疼，不说头疼，烧到40度以上这么强烈的代谢，就是物质和能量在急剧的进行交换，产生的一些废物，因为没汗排不出来，这些废物在血里头存着是有毒害的，在血里头，血是供养神经的，造成身疼，头疼是因为大量的向体表供血，血压升高，脉紧，头疼，是一种充血性的头疼。

就是这个人既有排异的反应，又有表解的反应，又有从下的反应，他就说这个并病，合病也是这个意思。

你要如果说，不愿意从伤寒论出来，你就记住这么处理就行了，你要愿意从伤寒论里走出来，走到本能系统来，那你才算完整了，对生命的认识才算完整了，你光是有一个生命的方法不行，你还得有一个生命的见识，有生命的理论，我还是建议你走出来，走出来并不是你没有伤寒论了，是你伤寒论大了，大到和天一样大，你现在的伤寒论是半个天，就说它是地吧，因为它是方法，它是看得见的一张张方子，我讲的这是看不见的一大片天，天地人，才算合一了，中间是人，下头是方子，上头是道理，没有理论的行为是盲目的行为，没有行为的理论是空话，我这么看！

甘澜水是人工制造的一种水，以杓扬之水上有珠子五六千颗相逐，问题就在于水上有珠子五六千颗相逐，这五六千颗珠子相逐是什么意思？你说是什么意思，讲过吗？

(郭老)那么说不行，你说到底是怎么回事？跟什么有关系？不行这话，这话不是一个科学态度，也不是一个科学的表述，不知道我给你说。

这个水的表面张力增强，非常的强、表面张力，怎么这个水在水面这么转动，它跟水不融合呢？什么样水才有这么大的张力呢？我往下不用说了，你可能明白了，这水的结构是什么呀？！分子，什么样的分子？水的结构是团状的分子，都是二三十个分子结为一团，这水是一团一团的，这甘澜水水分子不是三十、不是二十、最多三五个一团了，他能把分子团破坏到这种程度，这里头老祖宗这个头脑太聪明了，甚至于后世子孙骂自己的祖宗，什么封建吧，什么这个不懂吧，哎呀，这个子孙才是最没出息，最不懂的那个呢！怎么那个时候，这是两千年前，能以使手制造出低分子的水来，能把水分子团都打碎了，出现了水的一个物理的，特殊的物理性状。你要使这个水洗脸，洗上三天变了样了，要不你不信你洗半个留半个，你看看我说的，不是给你开玩笑的，水壶里的水垢，比我们那个钢泵子的钢板还厚呢，灌上这么一壶甘澜水，烧开了，把水倒出来，一晃，水垢哗哗就掉了！

么一喝，你走不了一千米，你找洗手间去吧，非撒尿不可，就这么个水，莲花井的水也是这样，多么天旱，这水，水面不下降，后来我从北京回去再找这个井，那个儿时、这么高的时候，跟着奶奶赶庙去，老想这个井，想看看莲花庵的井，什么都没有了，一片废墟，井，不知何处去！

最近，我又听见说一口井，叫玄井，老子的出生地，是老子文化研究院的院长，你能不能去我那里看看，我那里有口玄井，一千多口子人吃那个水，水面不下降，别的地方啊，湖底干燥龟裂的大宽缝，但井水水面不往下降，他还说那水有这功能那功能，他非要让我去看看去，我说行，赶你开会我去看看去，那么大年纪了，我真是不大好意思，他不管你答应不答应，趴下就磕头，要拜我为师，我说那好说我说你把那井封起来，封起来了，还是人大代表，好几个头衔，道观的道长，还是人大代表还是企业家什么的，他这儿这个井，我看看它回来再说，我现在没见，不敢确定有点什么神秘的东西，说是老子那个时候的井，他还说老子的上善若水，就是在这儿说的，这个事在哪儿说的问题也不大，反正上善若水有这话，这个话说得也好，谁能讲讲这个上善若水吗？

上善，水啊一定要流动，不流不是水，水的本质就是要流动，上善不是一般的善，不是多少的问题，少了干死，多了淹死，不是多少的问题，说水的一种性质，就是在流动，从哪里流，从低处流，低处这个表述不对，不要用低这个字，你看，有这么一句话，天之道亏盈，地之道留盈，多的地方向少的地方移动，我认为这是大善，它就不存在多少，听明白了吗？多的地方向少的地方流动，什么时候就不流了？平了就不流了！多了也不多了！少了也不少了！大家都平了。不平了怎么着啊？不平了就要出事，就不和谐了，这个和谐是什么啊？是平衡均势，在物质上是平衡，在力量上是均势，谁的劲也不大，谁的劲不小，一个均势，在量上是物质，大家是平衡的。

水的性质是流动，是天道与地道的合一，就是上善，上善若水，水的一种性质是流动，把多的地方流到少的地方，把多的地方让它少了，亏盈和留盈都是盈向缺流，多向少流，那上善若水这是老子的核心思想，均势平衡，

一说到这个性，这是个很敏感的东西，就变了一个说法，变了一个，你看看，大家看这是什么字（易），上头是太阳，下头是个月亮，阳在上、阴在下，就说阳在上、阴在下，这里头隐含的东西、就是男女性交，阴阳易病，性交出来的病！哪里有什么交换呢？哪里有什么传染呢？传染病都有一个潜伏期吧？今天他男人从远方回到家来，夫妻相交，今天晚上就生病了，有这么快的吗？就算是传染病，这个药用得也不对啊！叫烧裈散，裈就是裤子，男人病了吃女人那个裤子裆那一块、烧成碳吃了，不管你认为它怎么可笑，但是在过去，这是一个非常严肃的问题，有关于生命，没有不是严肃的，说脏，不要这么说，因为它是药，它是完善生命的，世界上没有脏东西，除了思想有脏的，所有万物没有脏的，是你看它你习惯了，你看见那些不能吃的脏东西，可你饿了你就吃，这是毫无疑义的，不饿的时候啊，你那不愿意吃的多了。人就这样！人是个复杂的东西，这个病不是他们说的交换传染，而是病人，这个生病的病人基本上好了，没有完全恢复，他病情逆转。说现在还有这病没有？肯定有！但是谁也不认识了，就说没有了！就像我刚才的那位，大家都不认识他，都知道没这个人了，你来来了也不是你，是假的！是真的！真的也是假的！完全是一个理啊。

第3讲麻黄汤、葛根汤、大青龙汤

看到的人的排异本能，我们知道这个人有能力把它排出去，发生了一点障碍，帮一下，排出去，非常的简单！怎么那么简单？

郭生白--公益讲座《方法系统论》---视频来源：不用它那一个作用？这是医学家们，对于排异本能清楚的认识以后，一点智慧。如果用桂枝佐麻黄就发汗，为什么呀？因为桂枝啊，是把循环血液充实在身体周围组织，麻黄就发汗。当你用麻黄利尿的时候，不用桂枝啦，用甘草，用甘草佐麻黄就利尿。

这个麻黄汤，怎么个用法？先煮麻黄，先说用水，比如说2000毫升水、或者1800毫升、1600毫升都可以，如果我们用1600毫升水，先煎煮麻黄、煮一味麻黄，减400毫升水、就是把400毫升水蒸发了，再把别的药下进去、再煮，煮到剩下400毫升，分两次吃。这个麻黄这个量是我的习惯用量，不是张仲景的用量，你可以在《伤寒六经求真》里看到张仲景用量是多少，我习惯用量是我在方法论里写的这个量，这个量是治病的，并不是说张仲景那个量不治病，我看到那个量啊太大，不容易掌握，用这个量啊也能发汗、也能愈病，所以我有一个习惯的用量，我在方法论里写的这个用量，是我的习惯用量。这个麻黄汤吃了以后呢，不像桂枝汤那样喝热粥，用不着喝热粥，因为他不是缺体液，他是汗腺不分泌，吃了以后也是温覆，温覆就是盖暖了、出汗，出汗要求的是微似有汗，这个微似有汗啊，大家体会一下这个表述，不是出的汗像水一样往下流，也不是大汗珠子，他是身上啊、很潮，像是有汗了、就可以了，把它保持一段时间，多保持一段时间，大约在一天，老是津津有一点汗，这是最好的，不可出大汗，如果出大汗像水一样，一定不能好病！为什么？丧失体液，丧失体液只能导致病情逆转，逆转是什么？逆转就是违背了本能排异的规律，把一个排异的过程破坏了，发生了逆转，逆转是从坏病逆转，这是麻黄汤的用法。

麻黄汤要是一次，吃了一次、有汗了，这汗啊、汗津津，这个时候最怕什么啊？行了，我出了汗了，去了衣被，汗没有了，刚一见汗，汗就没有了，病好不了，没有得到把有害的东西排出来，一定要这汗要保持一段时间，在一天左右。好病了，好病了最好啊，在屋内将息、就是休息一两天，不要立刻出来，这是最安全、最彻底的治法。

如果吃了一剂，吃了一次汗没出，可以吃第二剂，像刚才说的，吃了以后温覆，取汗，汗出来，保持一段时间，将息一两天，还是这个过程，就这一次出汗就能好病；如果一次吃好了，剩下的药可以扔掉了。这是说的麻黄汤，一个病毒性感冒，这个病毒性感冒，不论是曾经治过还是没治过，也不论是出过汗、还是没出过汗，也不论你用的什么方法，或者是没治过，这各种情况啊，经过了六七天、七八天以后，这个病人呢，仍然还是发热、恶寒，脉浮紧，身疼，无汗，仍然还是这个样子，虽然你治过，虽然你没治过，虽然你用其它的方法治过，但是啊，这个病势还是那个样，还用麻黄汤。

你看看啊，从这里我们知道，用药治病是什么意思啊？就是审查病势，顺势利导，仍然是这个病势，仍然用这个法，好病！

这是一种情况啊，记住这是一种情况。还有，这是个什么意思？为什么经过了这六七天、七八天，这病人仍然还是发热恶寒，身疼，无汗，仍然用麻黄汤？这个意思就是病毒性感冒，不论过了几天，也无论用什么方法治过了没有，只要它病势还是向表外排异的趋向，就用排异的方法；要反过来说，这个本能系统变了，方法必定得变，一切根据病势、病势的趋向，这个顺势利导是时时要记在心里；

郭生白--公益讲座《方法系统论》---视频来源：再一种情况呢，如果吃了麻黄汤，这个病情啊，稍稍轻了点，这个人呢，仍然发热，仍然头疼，但是呢，不愿意睁眼，没精神，老想合着眼，心里发烦，还是发热恶寒，这个呀，仍然可以用麻黄汤；

如果已经出过汗了、已经出过汗了，还发热、恶寒，头疼，怎么办？不要再用麻黄汤，自出过汗了，汗腺分泌了，不再用麻黄汤，可以用桂枝汤发汗，汗只能出一次，出过一次，如果还有发热、恶寒，还要用出汗来排异，不用麻黄汤，要用桂枝汤，记着不可重发汗，汗不可发两次。如果你要发两次汗，叫重发汗，重发汗伤体液，汗出太多，体液丧失，能也丧失，就会出现逆转。

如果这个病人吃麻黄汤，吃了麻黄汤，鼻子出血了，叫衄血，衄血以后，鼻子出血大约得出十几毫升，或者多一点、或者少一点，鼻子出血以后病好了，不要再吃药了。这个鼻衄，衄血也是一种排异的方法，是自己排异本能，汗腺不论开与没开，不论发过汗与没发过汗，鼻子出血，鼻衄、衄血以后病好了，不要再吃麻黄汤。

如果衄血以后病还没好，还是发热、恶寒，头疼，无汗，还用麻黄汤。

我换一句话说，不管吃了麻黄汤鼻子衄血，还是没吃麻黄汤鼻子衄血，衄血以后好了，好了就不再吃药了，不论用了麻黄汤发过汗，还是没用麻黄汤发过汗，衄血、衄血病没好，还用麻黄汤，非常的清楚，就是一个脉络，非常的清楚，非常的坚决，非常的果断，那是看准了！

上你就知道了，你听说那个人好了，你心里头一下子就明白了，高兴！特别高兴！但是给了药吃了你在不放心那一段啊，那就特别不好受，想去问人家呢，又不敢去！你说不问老悬着，就是第二天说，哎，出了汗了好了！你一下什么甭说了，你心里的滋味你自己知道，特别的好！所以这个东西啊，它为什么叫传承呢，我不是给你讲《伤寒论》今天，我是给你讲的是我的行为，我学了《伤寒论》，我怎么看《伤寒论》，我怎么着思维这个病，我怎么着治，我治的结果是什么，这就叫传承。

我听说有一个学校，叫中医传承什么什么学校，他学药的是学药的，学医的是学医的，那么这个科那个科，我一听哪，我说这个人啊，连传承这两个字他都不懂，那是传承吗？中医药大学现在是传承吗？那是分课教学，从外国来的法，中医呀，没有过学校，那不是传承，今天我把成套的东西给你，这才是传承！

我们从这里可以看到，张仲景的排异法有一个标准，什么标准？刚才我说过一次，就是审查排异的趋势，从哪里审查？我说过，从那七种现象去思辨，看出来，它的排异趋向，我们帮助它的排异本能，顺势利导，这是张仲景的一个标准，用药治病的一个标准。所以我说它是一个方法系统，我在方法上头加上两个字，叫做本能方法系统。

郭生白--公益讲座《方法系统论》---视频来源：汗出就是汗不出，用过发汗的药汗不出，这和无汗不是一个层面，不汗出要重一等，这一点是非常重要的，病毒性感冒一定要依根据来分析，差哪一个也不行，我说过脉浮，在皮肤下面我们轻轻地一按啊，就感觉出来这个脉弹性很大，要是紧，一个紧字我们觉得脉管啊非常的紧张，要脉浮啊，这个弹力很软，要脉紧这个张力就比较大了。为什么要脉紧呢？一个是体液充实，循环量相当的大，向外排的趋势很大，浮嘛，紧嘛，这是向外排异的一个标准，一个重要的体象；再一个就是发热、恶寒，发热很高而且还恶寒，恶寒是为了保持体温，他自己在制造体温，制造体温是用于发汗的，所以这个体温对外温差流失，对他发汗不利，他就要保持体温，一看到寒啊，他就要躲避，要收敛自己，保持体温，这是发热恶寒，这种情况就是要发汗，向外排异的，这是一个标准；

再一个是身疼，头疼，无汗，一定要掌握这几个标准，有汗、没汗最重要，脉浮紧最重要，发热恶寒最重要；
