健康生活
本讲座是让你写一篇关于健康生活的文章,介绍如何才能保持健康的生活。根据写作要求,首先你需要认真审题,确定文章的体裁,时态和段落。然后,你要列出提纲,注意要点要全。最后,适当扩充要点,形成一篇完整的文章。
写作指导:
一:审题
本文的体裁属议论文,应以一般现在时为主,三段式为宜,人称以第二人称为好。第一段简述健康生活的重要作用,引出话题。第二段给出健康生活的三条建议。第三段总结概括。
二:列提纲
Outline of the passage:
HEALTHY LIVING
Paragraph 1 to put forward three pieces of advice to keep healthy
Paragraph 2 to list the advice:good foods,enough sleep,plenty of exercise
(key words:good diet, avoid, eat more, overweight,enough sleep, feel tired,
plenty of exercise, strong and fit,improves,helps)
Paragraph 3 to conclude the passage

四:扩充要点,连词成句。

Good health is the most valuable thing a person can keep health①, you must eat the
right foods ,get enough sleep ,and have normal exercise.
Good② diet is very important for good foods with too many③ sugar and fat. Eat more high-protein foods,vegetables,and fruits. Remember you are what you eat. Eat④ too
much food can easily lead to overweight.
Enough sleep is also must get 8 or 9 hours of sleep every t
enough sleep ,you will feel tired and sometime⑤anxious. Please make sure that you have
enough sleep every day.
Finally,take normal exercise every se help ⑥you fight against diseases and lose
weigh-----makingyou strong and g running,swimming,bicycling,basketball,tabletennis

① 把health改为healthy。keep为系动词,后接形容词
② Good的前面加A,并把good 改为小写。
③ 把many改为much。sugar 为不可数名词。
④ 把Eat改为Eating。eating 为动名词作主语。
⑤ 把sometime改为sometimes。sometimes意思为“有时”。
⑥ 把help改为helps。
⑦ 把like改为as。as意思为“按照”。
⑧ 把conditions改为 condition。in good condition 为介词短语意思为“状态良好”。

anything too fatty or salty, which have a bad effect on your health.
Second, enough sleep is needed for your health. After a day’s work, we must have a good rest
to save more energy for another day’s work. So you had better not stay up and work too late. In
addition, doing more exercise is a good way to make you healthy. You don’t be lazy or play computer games all the day. Using your brains actively can help improve your health.
Above all, you should have a balanced diet and eat all kinds of foods. You eat certain foods
