TheMP34DT01isanultra-compact,low-power,omnidirectional,
digitalMEMSmicrophonebuiltwithacapacitivesensingelement
andanICinterface.
Thesensingelement,capableofdetectingacousticwaves,is
manufacturedusingaspecializedsiliconmicromachiningprocess
dedicatedtoproduceaudiosensors.
TheICinterfaceismanufacturedusingaprocessthatallows
designingadedicatedcircuitabletoprovideadigitalsignal
externallyinPDMformat.
