英文标题大写规则
NIVAfollowsthegeneralrulesforcapitalizingwordsindocumenttitlessetoutinThe
ChicagoManualofStyle(withoneminorexception—seethenoteinrule3):

capitalizethefirstandthelastword.
标题首末的两个单词必须大写。
lizeallnouns,pronouns,adjectives,verbs,adverbs,andsubordinate
conjunctions("as","because","although").
所有的名词、代词、形容词、动词、副词和从属连词(as,because,althrough)必须大写。
aseallarticles,coordinateconjunctions("and","or","nor"),and
prepositionsregardlessoflength,whentheyareotherthanthefirstorlastword.
