（一）可数名词单数变复数规则及练习名词可以分为可数名词与不可数名词，
其中可数名词具有单复数的形式；而不可数名词没有可数名词复数变化规则如下：
1.一般情况下，直接加-s,如：book-books,bag-bags,cat-cats,bed-beds
2.以结尾，力口-es，如：bus-buses,box-boxes,watch-watches
3.以"辅音字母+y”结尾，变y为i,再力口-es,如：family-families,strawberry-strawberries
4.以f或fe”结尾，变f或fe为v,再加-es,如：knife-knives
5.以o结尾,有生命的加es,无生命的加s.如：-zoos
6.不规则名词复数：
man-men,woman-women,policeman-policemen,policewoman-policewomen,mouse-mice
child-children,foot-feet,.tooth-teeth,fish-fish,e-Chinese,Japanese-Japanes
当,people后加上s时即peoples表示"民族”例如Thereare56peoplesinChina.以下词为常为不可数名词,他们的
复数形式就是他们本身。

(二)单数句变复数句的方法及规则
1.人称代词单数变成相应的人称代词复数，即
a主格:lTwe;youyou;she/he/itTthey。
b宾格meTusyouTyouher/him/its
2.物主代词由单数变成相对应的复数，即
Ttherto。regirls
a,形容词性物主代词:myTour;yourTyour;his/her/itsTtheir.
b名词性物主代词：
mineTours;yoursTyours;his/hers/itsTtheirs.
动词:amis变为areo女口：tudents.
4.不定冠词aan表示"一个”，只
能用在单数句中，当变成复数句时，一定要把aan去掉
或改为some/any。女口：e(some)boys.
5.普通单数名词要变为复数形式。女口：ecats.
6.指示代词由单变复。即
this变为these;that变成those。女口：rebooks.
an作定语修饰可数名词时，要在"数"上与被修饰名词保持一致。但其他名词修饰名词表示性质"时，不作变
化。

8.一般情况下，形容词性物主代词在单数句变成复数句时不变。女口：aremypens.
9.当句中形容词性物主代词与句中的主语一致时，该物主代词应随主语人称的变化而变化，仍要保
持一致。女口：iketheirbikes.
10.单数句变成复数句时，句式不能变。即单数句是疑问句时，变成复数句时仍然是疑问句。
如：What'sthis?fWhatarethese※记住单数句变复数句的口诀。单数句子变复数，变化规则要记住。
名词代词要变化，amis要变are。thisthat该咋办，thesethose替代它。hesheit要变啥，全部变they就行了。I要变we
别落下，名词后面把s/es加。名前冠词去掉它，其余成分原样加。
把单数句子改为复数句子的规则
一、人称代词主格单数变成相应的人称代词主格复数，
即Ifwe;youfyou;she,he,itfthey。女口：SheisagirlfTheyaregirls.
二、am,is变为areo如：students.
三、不定冠词a,an要去掉固定搭配除外。如：reboys.
四、可数名词单数要变为复数形式。如：recats.
五、指示代词this,that变为these,those>如：arebooks.
六、man或woman修饰可
数名词时，在整个句子变成复数的情况下，它们也变为复数形式men,women。
例如：SheisawomanteachefTheyarewomenteachers.
注意：普通单数可数名词要变为复数形式，但当名词修饰名词表示“性质”时不作变化。
例如：appletreefappletreesboystudentfboystudentsThat'reappletrees.
七、单数句变复数句时，句中的形容词、定冠词、副词、疑问词、介词短语和感叹词等保持不变。
例如：Whoisshe?她是谁？fWhoarethey?她们是谁？
但是，在英语中有些单数句不能变为复数句，如：Lilyisfourteen.（莉莉十四岁。）HisnameisJim.他的名字叫
吉姆。）等。
