封面故事9月26日,日本兵库医科大学中医药孔子学院举办了一场题为《日本汉日本兵库中医药大学孔子学院举办中医文化讲座A lecture on traditional Chinese medicine was
held at the Chinese Medicine Confucius Institute
at Hyogo College of Medicine, Japan方颗粒剂与中国古代名医》的中医文化讲座。孔子学院副院长、北京中医药大学教授梁永宣围绕目前在日本所使用的汉方颗粒剂,介绍了汉方颗粒在日本开发的历史过程及其进入日本医疗保险的经过,分析了方剂的研发情况及分布时代,并用通俗易懂的形式详细介绍了中国“医圣”张仲景的生平、研制的处方及其对中日两国中医药发展做出的杰出贡献。梁院长介绍了孔子学院陈列的中药标本和针灸用具,并邀请部分市民体验拔罐、刮痧等传统中医疗法。听众们争先恐后地参与,表现出极大兴趣,对中医的特色疗法赞叹不已。在兵库医科大学综合研修楼二层小厅,贴近百姓生活的“中国保健茶和中药茶点品尝活动”也如火如荼地进行着。现场不仅备有菊花、茉莉等四种保健茶供大家品尝,还有专人对其保健功效给予讲解。为体现中医“药食同源”理念而准备的茯苓果仁糕、枸杞核桃糕等多种小茶点备受欢迎。
观众们表示,希望日本兵库医科大学中医药孔子学院今后能举办更多的中医文化讲座与活动,让当地民众在汲取养生知识的同时进一步了解中国文化。12孔子学院

traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)
entitled “Usage of Chinese Prescription
Granules in Japan and Famous Chinese
Doctors of Antiquity” was held by the
Chinese Medicine Confucius Institute
(CI) at Hyogo College of Medicine
(HCM), Japan. Professor Liang Yongx-uan from Beijing University of Chi-nese Medicine, who is also the Deputy
Director of the CI, gave the lecture with
a focus on Chinese prescription gran-ules which are currently used in Japan.
Professor Liang explained how Chinese
prescription granules were introduced
into Japan and how their usage was
accepted by the Japanese medical
insurance system. He also analysed the
development of this prescription medi-cine through different periods of history
and elaborated on the prescriptions
developed by Zhang Zhongjing, one of
the most eminent Chinese physicians
during the late years of the Han dynasty,
often regarded as “the sage of Chinese
medicine”. Professor Liang talked about
Zhang’s life and contribution to TCM,
explaining that half of the granule pre-scriptions in TCM can be attributed to
sor Liang also explained the
use of acupuncture and moxibustion
instruments and the effects of the Chi-nese medicinal ingredients on exhibit
at the CI. He invited some of the local
residents in the audience to experience
traditional Chinese medicine thera-pies such as cupping and guasha ‘skin
scrapping’. The audience showed great
interest and were eager to try the TCM
therapies; they were really impressed by
the different types of therapies.A taste session of Chinese health
tea and medicinal snacks also took place
in the fi rst fl oor lobby of the HCM In-tegrated Teaching Building. Four types
of health teas, such as camomile tea and
jasmine tea, were provided for the par-ticipants as they listened about the tea’s
benefi cial effects on health. In order
to demonstrate the concept of dietary
therapy in TCM, fuling ‘Poria cocos’
and nuts cakes and Chinese wolfberries
and walnut cakes were prepared, which
proved to be very popular with the audience hoped that the Chi-nese Medicine Confucius Institute at
HCM will organise more Chinese med-icine and culture lectures and activities,
so that local residents can further their
knowledge about Chinese culture and
ways to stay healthy as ius Institute
